Funds Withdrawal Procedure
Funds from the trading account may be withdrawn only to a bank account in the client’s name or WebMoney wallet from which the initial deposit was transferred. The recipient’s name should correspond to the name of the trading account’s holder. Any sum may be withdrawn provided that the marginal requirements for open positions are respected and the minimum current balance is sufficient to keep the account active. Fee will be charged from the client’s trading account.
Funds withdrawal to bank accounts of third parties is forbidden. Read more about it in the law on money laundering section.
To withdraw funds please open this special form. This form should be carefully filled out online having indicated the type of transfer, etc. Upon confirmation of provided information a questionnaire will be generated, and which you can access directly on the web site or by e-mail (a copy will forwarded directly to your e-mail address). This questionnaire should be printed out, signed and sent to ISIGroup Ltd. with a copy of passport attached using the fax number of e-mail address (in scanned format) indicated at the bottom of the form.
