Password Restore
To restore password to trading platform you need to open a special form. Once the form has been filled out online, and having indicated the required operation/s, etc., print it out, sign and send it to ISIGroup Ltd. with a copy of your Passport/ID using the fax number or e-mail address (in scanned format) indicated at the bottom of the form.
Upon receipt and verification of your request, ISIGroup Ltd. will send new password to your e-mail address.
Change of account type / leverage
To change an account type or/and leverage you need to open a special form. Once the form has been filled out online, and having indicated the required operation/s, etc., print it out, sign and send it to ISIGroup Ltd. with a copy of Passport/ID using the fax number or e-mail address (in scanned format) indicated at the bottom of the form.
Upon receipt and verification of your request, ISIGroup Ltd. will send a confirmation of changes to your e-mail address.
Change of contact information
To change the contact information you need to open a special form. This form should be carefully filled out online specifying the necessary data. This form must be printed out, signed, and sent together with a copy of Passport/ID to the fax number or e-mail address (in scanned format) indicated at the bottom of the form.
Upon receipt and verification of your request, ISIGroup Ltd. will send a confirmation of changes to your e-mail address.
